Welcome to Bedaw Farms
For more than two decades, Bedaw Farms has been a place for family, farming, animals, celebrations, and time spent outdoors.
Our family purchased this 40-acre property in 2001 and; have spent more than two decades caring for the land. Today, Bedaw Farms brings together a working farm, a distinctive wedding and event venue, a private Farmhouse rental, and a small dairy-goat farm in the rural Lowcountry community of Awendaw, South Carolina.
Located about 30 minutes from downtown Charleston and 20 minutes from Mount Pleasant, Bedaw Farms offers the feeling of being away from the city while remaining close to Charleston and the surrounding Lowcountry.
Set among open fields, woodlands, and historic farm structures, Bedaw Farms offers an authentic and relaxed setting for weddings, celebrations, retreats, and meaningful gatherings of all kinds. We welcome you with open arms.

Three Ways to Experience Bedaw Farms
Back Barn Weddings & Events
Back Barn is our rustic-chic wedding and event venue, located inside a refurbished dairy barn dating to the 1950s and its renovated grain silo.
The venue accommodates up to 175 guests and includes a covered timber-frame pavilion, on-site parking, and the natural beauty of our working farm.
Ideal for: weddings, family celebrations, corporate events, team-building activities, graduations, anniversaries, musical events, holiday parties, and charity events.
Private Farmhouse Rental
Our newly renovated four-bedroom, three-bath Farmhouse sleeps up to eight adults and offers a private retreat on the farm.

Luxury amenities include a gourmet kitchen, fireplace, gym, swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor shower, and restroom.
The Farmhouse is available for private rental. It can also be rented together with Back Barn for weddings and other events. If you are renting both, the Farmhouse and Back Barn reservations must be made at the same time.

Goat Farm
Bedaw Goat Farm is our small family dairy-goat operation.
Visitors can tour the farm, meet our goats and other friendly farm animals, enjoy the peaceful farm setting, and participate in hands-on farm experiences.
