Our unique renovated grain silo, attached to a refurbished dairy barn circa 1950, features tall ceilings, rustic wood accents and an open plan, As day turns to dusk, the barn comes alive with a magical ambiance and the perfect setting for an unforgettable experience.

Property rented by the day/night for events and with or without Farmhouse rental.

Covered Pavillion

30 Foot Covered Space
Our new pavillion, attached to the barn, provides an inviting covered space to accommodate your wedding plans. The pavillion and barn feature concrete floors for your guests pleasure. Convenient guest parking is located nearby.

Note: Vendor services and toilet trailers are not included, and will be required in addition to our venue fee.

40 Acre Working Farm, Woodland and Trails
Bedaw Farms is located in the picturesque Lowcountry. The farm and our rustic barn venue offer many locations for your wedding or event photos. From verdant woodland and spacious lawn to a working goat farm and nearby horse stables, you will find the perfect natural setting for your special event.

What types of events can I host at the Back Barn?

Our rustic Back Barn and Pavilion are perfect for a variety of events – Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduations, Musical Events, Holiday Parties, Team Building & Corporate Events, and Charity & Fundraising Events.
What is the maximum number of people the venue can accommodate?

The Back Barn and Pavilion can accommodate up to 175 people. The venue is on one level and is accessible for those with mobility challenges. Please note that the Farmhouse is not accessible due to stairs throughout. We have parking spaces for 50 people adjacent to the Back Barn and spaces for an additional 125 people within easy walking distance.
What amenities do you provide?

We provide basic water and electricity. The Back Barn does not have restroom facilities. You will need to provide mobile restroom facilities in order to rent the Back Barn. You can find our recommended vendors here.
Where is Bedaw Farms and the Back Barn located?

We are located in Awendaw, South Carolina. We are 45 minutes from the Charleston International Airport, 30 minutes from downtown Charleston, 20 minutes from Mt. Pleasant, and 5 minutes from the Seewee Outpost.

How can I find out about date availability, pricing, policies or scheduling a tour?
