  • What types of events can I host at the Back Barn?
    Our rustic Back Barn and Pavilion are perfect for a variety of events – Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduations, Musical Events, Holiday Parties, Team Building & Corporate Events, and Charity & Fundraising Events.
  • What is the maximum number of people the venue can accommodate?
    The Back Barn and Pavilion can accommodate up to 175 people. The venue is on one level and is accessible for those with mobility challenges. Please note that the Farmhouse is not accessible due to stairs throughout. We have parking spaces for 50 people adjacent to the Back Barn and spaces for an additional 125 people within easy walking distance.
  • What amenities do you provide?
    We provide basic water and electricity. The Back Barn does not have restroom facilities. You will need to provide mobile restroom facilities in order to rent the Back Barn. You can find our recommended vendors here.
  • Where is Bedaw Farms and the Back Barn located?
    We are located in Awendaw, South Carolina. We are 45 minutes from the Charleston International Airport, 30 minutes from downtown Charleston, 20 minutes from Mt. Pleasant, and 5 minutes from the Seewee Outpost.
  • Can you recommend local vendors for my event?

  • How can I find out about date availability, pricing, policies or scheduling a tour?
    The Back Barn is available year-round. It can be rented by day/night and with or without the Farmhouse. If renting both you will need to make reservations at the same time. Check our calendar for availability here. Find our Rental Policies here.
